Job Title: Loss Prevention Analytics Supervisor

At TJX Canada, we're looking for a skilled Loss Prevention Analytics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you'll play a critical role in driving business results through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of LP Analysts and LP Fraud Analysts to ensure delivery of prioritized data, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to LP partners.
  • Oversee and manage workflow, delegate work, effectively schedule and allocate resources, leveraging analytical data to drive business outcomes.
  • Train, develop, and frequently assess Analysts' work to ensure high productivity and high-quality leads are disseminated and delivered to support investigations team in their efforts to reduce and prevent shrink.
  • Responsible for all monthly statistical reporting by ensuring all Power BI dashboards are updated, and accurate, ad hoc requests are met.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in progressive business intelligence and data analysis experience related to providing actionable data to investigate all forms of theft and fraud activity.
  • Minimum 2 years in management/supisory position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management, information gathering, and coaching.
  • Strong investigative methodologies and experience with analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions.
