Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at AIM Kenny U-Pull. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered while meeting corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of employees to achieve sales and production targets
  • Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Supervise daily tasks and operational initiatives, including cash handling, employee payroll, and scheduling
  • Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives
  • Act as ambassador for organizational change and play an active role in the roll-out to your branch
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a management role
  • College or university diploma
  • Experience in retail or automotive sales is an asset
