Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at D.C. Campbell Recycling Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees on duties and policies, and provide ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Coordination and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and meet productivity targets.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
