We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Supervisor, CAL Assessment Program.

Mandate:

The CAL Assessment Program is responsible for delivering a comprehensive student-focused accessible learning model, providing training and education to further the University's commitment to equal access to all academic programs. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising front-line exam staff, developing policies and procedures, and supporting the Manager in accommodated assessment programming.

Objectives:

  • Support the development of systems that impact everyday administrative demands and assist the Manager in meeting operational goals of the CAL Assessment Program.
  • Maintain effective day-to-day operations of the CAL Assessment Program through recruitment, training, and ongoing support of front-line staff.
  • Facilitate and promote accessible programming and approaches across the University community through effective communication, negotiation, and consensus-building tools.
  • Employ professional communication strategies with stakeholders who are adversarial or present communication challenges.
