Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino\u0027s Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers\u0027 complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that our team is operating efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in food service management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
