About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Deployment Manager to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end deployment plans, integrating deployment management practices into delivery processes, and providing trusted communication with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for establishing infrastructure for tracking updates and changes, providing subject matter expert guidance, and identifying control and communication failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage end-to-end deployment plans for scheduling, planning, and controlling the deployment process.
  • Integrate deployment management practices into delivery processes to offer reliable, repeatable IT services at appropriate service levels.
  • Convert technical expertise into recommendations for efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security, drive best practices, and engage with planning, evaluating, operationalizing, and reporting deliverables.
  • Establish infrastructure for tracking and monitoring all relevant updates and changes, and efficiently convert information into reporting, recommendations, schedules, and decisions.
  • Provide trusted and reliable communication and reporting with confidence that all information is comprehensive, accurate, and confirmed.
  • Manage correspondence with clear articulation of impacts.
  • Provide subject matter expert guidance and advice to the IT Support segments, and participate in the development of remediation and collision avoidance strategies.
  • Identify and educate on control and communication failures to help prevent issues going forward.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on accomplishments and opportunities.
  • Protect the interests of the organization through the identification, management, and escalation of risks and dependencies.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, previous deployment, ITS, or IT project management experience, and advanced knowledge of software development and service management lifecycles. You should also have demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion, effective leadership and analytical skills, well-developed executive communication skills, and a high level of proficiency in development of resolutions, plans, and strategies for operational advancement.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
