We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at the Brant Community Healthcare System. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care.
- Manage the department's resources, including human, financial, and physical resources.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legislative requirements.
- Build positive relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.
- Support a patient-centered model of care, based on best practices and continuous quality improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Registration in good standing with the applicable regulatory body.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Minimum 5 years of recent acute care hospital experience, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
