Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in the Emergency Department at Brant Community Healthcare System. As a Physician Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a registered physician to provide medical care to patients based on mutually agreed upon guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest medical knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
