Job Summary

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of welds and metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires manual dexterity and the ability to work in a physically demanding setting. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
