The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations as needed.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
