Role and Responsibilities

This position is exclusively open to students pursuing an academic degree, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and project-based learning.

As a member of our Global Engineering Training and Development team in Montreal, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the continued success of our organization.

The Role We Are Offering You:

  • Conduct training needs analysis and implement training programs responding to Global Engineering employees' needs.
  • Collaborate on training follow-up and analysis.
  • Apply the ADDIE model to analyze training needs, identify training gaps, and design new employee training programs.
  • Develop online training courses in our training management tool – Workday Learning – (video tutorials, including writing scripts for narration, taking screenshots, recording audio commentary, and editing video/audio).
  • Take feedback on courses and programs and make recommendations.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to create compelling and valuable content.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Self-starting skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and able to successfully plan, manage, and execute multiple projects at the same time.

Preferred Education:

  • Pursuing degree in Education, Educative Technology, Instructional Design, or any other related field – at least one year completed and/or with relevant experience.
