Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Fiddleheads Health & Nutrition. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, implement price and credits policies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer requests and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
