We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Manager, Receivables and Collections to lead our Receivables and Collections Management functions for Medavie Blue Cross. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing, receivables, and collections functions across our organization, ensuring efficient performance and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Receivables and Collections Management teams, ensuring effective processes and controls are in place.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners and clients.
- Collaborate with senior Finance leadership to develop and prepare financial analysis, reports, and queries.
- Support process improvement projects and champion automation initiatives within the department.
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in billing, receivables management, and collections, with leadership experience in an operational setting.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
