Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Maximum Security Video Monitoring Limited. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing clients, and collecting payments from debtors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Invoice clients and collect payments from debtors, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, and performing general office duties.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
