We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
  • Scan items and tabulate total payment for goods or services required
  • Receive payment for goods or services and reconcile with total sales
  • Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
Work Environment:

As a Cashier and Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work.
