Xendara Career College is seeking a skilled Guidance Counsellor to join our team. As a Guidance Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their educational and career journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel students on educational, career, and vocational matters, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate the provision of counselling and information services to students, parents, and teachers, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement guidance and counselling programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Establish relationships with employers to facilitate the recruitment of graduating students, providing them with valuable career opportunities.
  • Visit colleges and secondary schools to provide academic information to prospective students, their parents, and educational institutions, promoting Xendara Career College's reputation and values.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia, showcasing your expertise and passion for education and career development.
