Job Title: Business Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Valuation Specialist to join our team at Rudson Valuation Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial records of businesses, assessing their competitiveness, and preparing reports for various purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, projections, and sales data to assess business competitiveness
  • Assess business's market value based on analysis of data
  • Prepare reports for estate planning, matrimonial litigation, insurance, and business losses
  • Appear as an expert witness before courts, security regulators, and other regulatory boards and commissions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business valuation or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in an air-conditioned urban area with a team of professionals. The work setting is dynamic, and the candidate must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
