About the Role

Marco Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the construction activities on large commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Projects Coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the supporting team members.
  2. Quality and Safety: Ensure that projects are constructed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Contract Management: Administer and manage prime contracts and subcontracts, including negotiating and awarding subcontracts for scopes of work and reviewing and evaluating subcontractor performance.
  4. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and schedules, and submit monthly progress billings.
  5. Client Relations: Foster and maintain positive relationships and communication with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
  6. Project Closeout: Manage project closeout and commissioning processes.
Requirements
  1. A degree in Engineering, CET certification, or equivalent.
  2. Demonstrated leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  3. 5-10 years of progressive construction experience.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Advanced ability to build relationships.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, project management, and scheduling software.
  7. Above-average time management skills.
  8. A strong work ethic, a relentless drive to fulfill commitments, and tremendous enthusiasm.
