- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of executive-level talent by identifying emerging trends, anticipating future needs, and proactively sourcing candidates for senior roles.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices, positioning Armstrong as a premier employer for senior talent.
- Design and optimize recruitment processes for senior-level hires to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of recruitment strategies and processes.
- 6+ years of strategic recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring senior-level roles across technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes across diverse cultures, languages, and time zones, with a strategic approach to global talent acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, strategic recruitment practices, and industry trends.
