Key Responsibilities- Plan and lead interest-based and play-based activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Maintain active supervision with children while engaging in play.
- Document children's learning progress through observation, reflection, and research questions.
- Create and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Assist children with daily routines, such as diapering, dressing, and eating.
- Foster strong relationships with families and involve them in the learning process.
- Collaborate with coworkers, families, and community partners to create a supportive environment.
