Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Utility Worker to join our team at Lehigh Hanson. As a Production Utility Worker, you will be responsible for operating fixed Jaw and Cone crushing equipment, performing manual clean up, identifying maintenance issues, and assisting with equipment repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fixed Jaw and Cone crushing equipment
  • Perform manual clean up and identify maintenance issues
  • Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain organization of plant work areas and material identification
  • Communicate with customers and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working outside in year-round weather conditions
  • In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 75 lb, and perform daily tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of learning through job training and working independently
  • Previous industrial experience and working with crushing equipment is an asset

What We Offer:

  • $30.50/h + benefits, holidays, and pension contributions
  • Starting with 2 weeks paid vacation + statutory holidays
  • Secure, full-time (40h/week), long-term employment with overtime available
  • Shifts are scheduled for 8.5h with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a paid morning and afternoon coffee break
  • Following successful completion of the probationary period, eligibility for a comprehensive medical, dental & vision care benefit package
