Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and consultative advice on clinical care, operational, and administrative activities.
- Ensure services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner, meeting established strategic directions and organizational initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Seven (7) years' experience, including two (2) years at the supervisory/management level.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Comprehensive benefit packages, including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan.
- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service.
