Mechanical Assembler:

Aversan Inc. is a distinguished Engineering Firm specializing in the Aerospace and Defense sectors. We are currently in search of a Mechanical Assembler to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing materials for welding through various techniques, including chemical etching.
  • Executing drill press tasks such as drilling, tapping, and adhering to drawing specifications, along with counterboring and countersinking.
  • Installing components like bushings, bearings, helicoils, and rivets.
  • Setting up and testing assembled products in accordance with established testing protocols.
  • Operating machinery including brake presses, punch presses, and various types of drills and saws.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial fabrication, fitting, or assembly, with a proven ability to assemble intricate, high-precision machined components according to specifications.
  • Capability to fabricate and/or assemble complete tube and hydraulic assemblies based on technical drawings and hydraulic schematics.
  • Experience with both conventional and programmable brake presses is advantageous.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting work orders and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and various lifting devices.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as height gauges, dial indicators, and micrometers.
  • Skilled in using electric and pneumatic tools, as well as riveting and tapping machines.
