Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

At Top Beauty Nail Supply, we are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery used for inventory management.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on inventory management equipment.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that inventory management tasks are being carried out effectively.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that inventory management tasks are being carried out efficiently.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that inventory management tasks are being carried out efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
