Retail Store Manager

Maxstop Gas and convenience is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
