Retail Store Operations Manager

Maxstop Gas and convenience is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are displayed attractively.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Duration: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
