Technical Records Coordinator - MRO Role

The Technical Records Coordinator - MRO will be responsible for managing and maintaining aircraft technical records, including reviewing inbound documentation, verifying Journey Logs, and updating maintenance tracking software.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and complete aircraft technical records
  • Review incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify Journey Log accuracy and completeness
  • Update maintenance tracking software with Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives
  • Coordinate activities to support on-time deliveries

Qualifications

Applicants must possess strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and experience auditing technical records for airworthiness compliance.

Familiarity with TCCA regulations and industry standards is essential.
