We are looking for a skilled Aircraft Technical Records Manager to join our team at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. As a critical member of our newly announced OEM Certified Refurbished Aircraft Program, you will bring your technical expertise to ensure seamless aircraft acquisition, repatriation, storage, and remarketing activities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing aircraft technical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage aircraft technical records across the entire lifecycle, from purchase to remarketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant records management.
- Develop and implement procedures to maintain records, meet regulatory requirements, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Budget and manage external resources to support records management, audits, and maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical Records Management, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality records management services, ensuring accuracy, and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of certification, regulatory, and jurisdictional requirements for Dash 8 aircraft, MRO, and operators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and aircraft maintenance control computer systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
