About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Stefanie Brown. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • General Assistance: Provide basic information on facilities, assist with other household tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, outdoors.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home, private residence.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Experience: Will train.
