About the Team

Stafflink is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
  2. Assist with move-in/move-out processes, including inventory management and condition assessments.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  4. Monitor and control expenses, including tracking budgets and reconciling accounts.
  5. Support emergency response efforts, including responding to after-hours calls and coordinating repairs.
  6. Develop and maintain accurate records, including facility documentation, tenant information, and property history.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Prefers a post-secondary education and strengths in administration and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
