About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our LEGO Fortnite production team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing project schedules, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets Epic's art quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about game development, software development process, or project management practices, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the schedule: Partner with art discipline leads to scope and schedule work for the team, build and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules, and ensure successful release of content.
  • Facilitate communication: Provide transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, and keep them informed of any changes that may impact their teams.
  • Proactively seek resolution: Identify problems and propose solutions before they become roadblocks, and own the outcome of your area.
  • Be flexible and handle production needs: Understand how to identify and break down priorities, and keep up strong communication via multiple outlets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a production role with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily.
  • Self-starter with creative and methodical approach to challenges.
  • Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders.

What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
  • We pay 100% for benefits for both employees and dependents.
