Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Independent Glass and Contracting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and supervising a team of production clerks.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient production processes.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and any issues that may arise.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train and develop production clerks to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate and assign work to production clerks to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
This is a permanent full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
