- Ensure the proper implementation of partnership agreements, including the deployment of joint initiatives and projects.
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet agreed-upon objectives and deliver value, aligning partnership activities with the bank's overall strategic goals and objectives.
- Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Fluency (oral and written) in English and Spanish is a must.
- PMP certification is desirable.
- 7+ years of experience in Banking or Strategy roles with analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of the Insurance industry and knowledge of Insurance regulations and industry dynamics.
