Revolutionize healthcare through digital innovation at Locke Bio. Our white-labeled telehealth platform empowers brands to launch customized healthcare services from patient intake to consultations, e-commerce payment processing, and beyond.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience and visual design of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver an intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing user experience.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive design from ideation through to execution, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Product Design: Take ownership of the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
  • User-Centered Design: Design and own user experiences that are intuitive and delightful prioritizing user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to take features from conception to delivery.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Make informed design decisions by conducting user research and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Visual Design and Branding: Craft high-quality, visually appealing interfaces and contribute our brand's visual identity and design standards.

In this role, you will lead multiple streams of initiatives and work on iterations to quickly deliver impact and continuously innovate. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product design experience ideally within a SaaS or healthtech environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Hands-on design skills with deep knowledge of Figma, or similar tools, for remote collaboration.
