Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Masala Kingdom.

About the Role:

  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods

Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Management: Ensure efficient and organized kitchen operations
  • Culinary Expertise: Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications
