We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Masala Kingdom.
About the Role:
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Management: Ensure efficient and organized kitchen operations
- Culinary Expertise: Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
- Staff Supervision: Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
What We Offer:
- Salary: Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications
