Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Specialist to join our Warehousing & Distribution team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and a passion for troubleshooting. As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product returns, testing and repairing products, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will make meaningful contributions daily. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of commitments and activities while achieving high levels of quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responding to incoming product returns from clients
  • Testing returns to determine if there are any product issues
  • Taking appropriate actions to repair, replace or claim products
  • Maintaining a well-organized, accessible and clean workspace

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Product Testing OR Graduated from a diploma in Computer Hardware Systems or Electronics
  • Strong understanding of electronics and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
