Welder Job Description

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using various welding techniques.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe work processes.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
