Metal Fabrication and Welding Specialist

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication and Welding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
  • Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines
  • Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding
  • Client focus, flexibility, organized, team player, punctuality and hardworking
