Event Staff Opportunity

Adecco Canada is currently hiring Event Staff for the Cirque du Soleil show in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about customer service, friendly and personable, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience
  • Operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information
  • Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area

Requirements:
  • Ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain information
  • Comfortable working in a loud environment
  • Professional appearance and straight posture
  • Physically able to stand for long hours
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Welcoming and friendly attitude
  • Availability for the duration of the show
  • Fluency in English
  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
