Event Staff Opportunity in Vancouver

Adecco Canada is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Event Staff for the Cirque du Soleil show in Vancouver, BC.

About the Role

As an Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees
  • Assisting with sales, scanning goods, and collecting payments
  • Resolving customer complaints and providing relevant information
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area
  • Bagging, boxing, or gift-wrapping packages
  • Handling merchandise returns and exchanges
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain information
  • Comfort working in a loud environment
  • Professional, clean appearance with a straight posture
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours
  • Understanding of customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to work well with others and pay attention to details
  • Welcoming and friendly attitude
  • Availability for the duration of the show
  • English language proficiency
