Child Care Provider

Arielle Simha Bouzo is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our family support services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Education and Experience: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: This role involves working in the employer's/client's home, providing care and support to children in a safe and healthy environment.
- Key Tasks:
- Change diapers and maintain personal hygiene for infants and children.
- Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas to ensure the health and well-being of children.
- Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games and outings, to promote social and emotional development in children.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring children receive a balanced diet.
- Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Target Audience: This role involves supervising and caring for a multi-aged group of children, requiring patience, understanding, and adaptability.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role involves repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: We are seeking an individual with excellent written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a strong sense of reliability and time management.
