About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Provider to join our team at Jessica Kokin. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Ensure that children receive a solid foundation in education, including basic literacy and numeracy skills.
    • Collaborate with our educational team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Child Care and Development
    • Provide individualized attention and care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
    • Develop and implement activities that promote cognitive, motor, and social development in children.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring that children receive nutritious and balanced meals.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English or French.
