About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, celebrities, and talent in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Engage with Influencers: Develop and execute strategies to manage and engage with a large portfolio of influencers, celebrities, and talent across various social media platforms.
  • Spearhead Big Ideas and Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute big ideas and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Fulfill Product Requests: Ensure timely fulfillment of product requests to assigned ambassadors and influencers.
  • Manage Influencer Database: Maintain and update an internal influencer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Think Creatively: Develop and pitch new ideas for influencer programs and campaigns that drive business results.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on the latest industry trends, news, and developments in social media and influencer marketing.
Requirements
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing: Minimum 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, public relations, or digital marketing.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: Strong pulse on trends and news within the social media industry.
  • Fluency in Social Media Platforms: Fluency in all social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
  • Event Execution: Experience in event execution, particularly in experiential marketing, is a plus.
  • Existing Relationships: Existing relationships with influencers in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries are a plus.
  • Passion for Fashion and Beauty: A passion for fashion and/or beauty is essential.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Language Skills: English, additional language(s) an advantage.
