POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Associate for Creator Partnerships will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to showcasing the finest offerings of Fashion Nova to our audience. This role involves engaging with a vast community of followers across various social media channels, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging your innovative ideas to achieve Influencer Outreach targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily management and interaction with talent, influencers, and public figures
  • Lead creative initiatives and campaigns through established relationships with influencers and celebrities
  • Process and fulfill product requests for designated Ambassadors
  • Maintain and update information in the internal Influencer database
  • Generate fresh concepts and propose new strategies for Influencer programs and campaigns
  • Adapt to the dynamic nature of campaign execution and respond promptly to influencer feedback
  • Share insights and updates from the influencer industry with cross-functional teams
  • Stay informed about current trends and emerging topics in social media
  • Ensure effective communication within the team

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing
  • Strong awareness of trends and developments in the Social Media landscape
  • Proficient in major Social Media platforms - Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
  • Experience in event or experiential marketing is advantageous
  • Established connections with Influencers in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors are a plus
  • A genuine passion for fashion and/or beauty
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • This position operates Monday through Friday during core business hours, onsite
