Job Title: Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance across the organization, ensuring that our business practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Relevant professional designation and/or certifications, as required.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
