Water Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Project Manager to join our team at Associated Engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong background in water engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage water infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders, to ensure effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, and mentor junior staff members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with EGBC or a technologist with ASTTBC.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry, with a focus on water or wastewater projects.
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Committed team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- A competitive salary range of $85,280.00 to $135,200.00, commensurate with experience.
