The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the successful execution of media campaigns, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction and business growth
  • Manage client relationships, including regular communication, issue resolution, and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery of services, and alignment with client expectations
  • Prepare and deliver reports to clients and the Account Management team
  • Identify and prioritize tasks according to deadlines, importance, and impact on overall business goals
  • Utilize proprietary software to manage campaigns and report results

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks according to deadlines, importance, and impact on overall business goals
  • Capacity to pay close attention to all aspects of tasks, ensuring nothing is overlooked or omitted
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint for client-ready reports and presentations
  • Ability to quickly learn processes and utilize tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Digital media experience preferred
