Compensation: $49,920 - $54,880 per annum (based on 40 hours/week)
We are seeking a highly skilled Drying Operations Specialist to join our team at On Side Restoration in Mississauga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the drying operations team, ensuring timely and efficient restoration of properties affected by water damage.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to mitigate water damage. Your expertise in structural drying procedures and ability to perform assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines will be invaluable assets to our team.
What You Bring:
- IICRC S-Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification;
- Knowledge of structural drying procedures;
- Ability to perform structural drying assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines;
- Leadership skills and experience managing a team;
- Proficiency with all drying tools, including air movers, negative air machines, pressurized drying systems, floor drying systems, and dehumidifiers;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record;
- Fluency in English;
Prior experience as a Water Damage Manager, lead hand, Water Damage Technician, plumber, janitor, vac truck operator, or technician is an asset. Additionally, knowledge of 3D imaging can be beneficial in enhancing your skills as a Drying Operations Specialist.
