About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and develop your team to ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective visual merchandising and product launches
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are aware of their performance and areas for improvement

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of leading and developing teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. You will also have a strong understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
