  • Transaction Processing: Process orders, credits, rebills, RMAs, and other transactions in JDE, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure efficient and effective processing.
  • Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers via phone and email to identify and resolve concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • EDI Configuration: Review EDI errors and update configuration to improve touchless transmissions, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
